Nandamuri Kalyanram is reportedly planning to become an MLA. Well, the Nandamuri family hero is not having plans of immediately venturing into politics but this is a possible title of the actor’s new project.
Post the debacle of ‘Ism’, Kalyanaram has become extra cautious and has not signed any film for over six months. He has reportedly finally given his nod for a debutante director named Upendra, who worked as the assistant of several noted directors including Sreenu Vaitla.
‘MLA’ is the title under consideration for this action comedy. It is heard that Upendra penned this subject keeping Sunil in mind and after making a few modifications, he managed to convince Kalyanram with the narration. What kind of funny tactics a young man applies to become an MLA after he challenges an influential politician is said to be the crux of the film.
Kalyanram’s last hit ‘Pataas’ was delivered by a newcomer, Anil Ravipudi. The actor hopes that Upendra, another debutante can do similar magic for his career.
