Megastar Chiranjeevi starrer ‘Khaidi Number 150’s pre release event was held at Haailand at Guntur-Vijayawada highway on the evening of Saturday, 7th of January. The organizers named it as ‘Boss Is Back’ event. Following are the highlights of the event.
HIGHLIGHTS:
* Darshakaratna Dasari Narayana Rao attended the event as a chief guest. All the film’s cast and crew graced the occasion.
* Suma has done the job of anchoring.
* Paruchuri Venkateswara Rao recalled the days of ‘Khaidi’. Paruchuri Gopalakrishna compared Chiranjeevi as a huge tree and all other mega heroes as its branches.
* Mega brother Nagababu delivered an emotional speech. He made it clear that there’s nothing wrong doing remakes and many top heroes of India had done them before.
* Dasari heaped praises on Chiranjeevi. He lauded Chiranjeevi’s looks and dances in ‘Khaidi Number 150’. Further he wished the film beats records of ‘Tagore’, the combo film of Chiranjeevi and VV Vinayak. Dasari launched theatrical trailer of the film.
* T Subbarami Reddy said no star of India made 8 other stars from the same family and Chiranjeevi achieved that feat.
* VV Vinayak emotionally said Chiranjeevi took the responsibilities as a big brother after the demise of his father. The director assured fans that the film would become an extraordinary hit.
* Kajal, who looked gorgeous in sari, felt it was a defining moment in her career.
* Mega Power Star Ram Charan thanked VV Vinayak for taking all responsibilities of the film.
* Stylish Star Allu Arjun expressed his jubilation for watching the trailer of the film. He also expressed his wish of all Sankranthi films would fare well.
* Chiranjeevi revealed that in spite of a huge gap of 10 years, he could do ‘Khaidi Number 150’ with utmost energy and the love, affection and favouritim shown by his fans made him achieving the feat. He cheered fans uttering a few dialogues of ‘Khaidi Number 150’ and ‘Indra’.He showered praises on every actor and technician of the film. He particularly praised VV Vinayak to the core. And lastly, Chiranjeevi wished another hero Balakrishna’s film would also do well at box office for this Sankranthi.
