Amid the rumors on Gunasekhar’s Hiranyakashyapa about the movie being shelved for its vast budget, the director’s tweet with an update on the movie clarified it all.
Gunasekhar’s tweet read that #Hiranyakashyapa pre-production work is completely done and he is awaiting normalcy to take things forward. With a big gap post his Rudramadevi, Gunasekhar took up Hiranyakashyapa almost two years back and had been working on it since then.

There were rumors that Suresh Babu is not completely satisfied with the script and also the scale in present situations, due to which Gunasekhar had to give up on Hiranyakashyapa.
It looks like the director is taking his time to carve the characters of Hiranyakashyapa as he intended them to be and is soon to start shooting when everything is back to normal.
