All these days the onus of bringing tremendous collections to a film rested on the shoulders of Heroes but the trend has changed suddenly.
As Baahubali stormed into 250 crores Club with gross collections across the world, Forbes magazine wrote that Rajamouli is the new showman of Indian cinema. They dubbed him as a creator who could defy logics and yet convince audiences with this movie.
Considering Rajamouli’s raise to this new position, we have to say that there are only two more stars who are enjoying such admiration and commanding superior collections from box office. They are none other than Superstar Rajnikanth and sensational director Shankar.
While Rajamouli is new to this 250 crore club from South, the only ones who are ahead of him are none other than Rajnikanth and Shankar. Their films like Sivaji and Robo did magic, while Lingaa also stormed into 200 crore club despite a flop. Surprising that there are two directors in this big league when there is only one actor.
