As a big development in YS Vivekananda Reddy’s murder case, his daughter Sunitha Reddy has written to Kadapa SP saying that she observed suspicious movements around her house and sought more security.
A day after she made a complaint, one Manikanta Reddy, a close aide of Siva Shankar Reddy was nabbed by Kadapa police today.
After taking him into custody, the police had reportedly questioned him on why he did a recce near YS Viveka’s house.
As another development, Siva Shankar Reddy and Raghunath Reddy appeared before the CBI for questioning in connection with the case
The duo was grilled by the CBI for hours to get information on the case. They are believed to have given crucial info to the officials.
Siva Shankar Reddy is currently rendering his services as the state secretary for YSRCP.
Over the past few weeks, the CBI has intensified its efforts in the probe. The relatives and close contacts of YS Vivekananda Reddy are being questioned.
Recently, the CBI sleuths have conducted searches and reportedly seized the farm tools that were used in the case.
