Prabhas is one of the warm hearted celebrities in Telugu cinema. He has the happy knack of keeping those around him well-fed. The star actor always travels around with a dedicated cook and a nutrition specialist who curate the best of food items. Not just that, Prabhas also makes it a point to serve the finest of delicacies to his co-stars and core technicians. There is always a happy mood surrounding Prabhas. The latest beneficiary of Prabhas’s warm hearted nature is his co-star in Salaar, Shruti Hassan.
As said by Shruti Hassan herself, Prabhas has apparently served her as many as 40 food items while they were shooting for Salaar in Hyderabad. The access said she was thoroughly swept over by Prabhas’s hospitality and opined that his warm gesture clearly implies why he is referred to as darling by those around him,
“I myself like to try out South Indian cuisine. I also like to serve the items I cook to those around me. Feeding people gives me great pleasure. I aspire to set up a restaurant that specializes in South Indian cusine. I would like to set up this restaurant in Mumbai and serve authentic Tamil Nadu sambar and Andhra Pappu in this restaurant,” she said.
Speaking about her experience with Prabhas, Shruti said “When Prabhas said he would send me food while we were shooting for Salaar in Hyderabad, I expected him to sent around 4-5 items that would feed me and my staff. But much to my surprise and delight, he sent me 40 food items. I couldn’t taste all the items, given the platter I was served. But from what I tasted, I could determine that Prabhas had sent me the most delicious of food items We had a feast that day and I have to thank Prabhas for the same. He really is a darling. He also promised to send me more food items the next time we shoot for Salaar and I can;t wait to know what he has in store for me and my staff this time around.” Salaar is directed by Prashanth Neel.
