Lady Luck is surely smiling on Punjabi kudi Charmme. After a lull in her career, she has been getting some big offers. For starters, she is doing Jyothilakshmi with Puri Jagannadh. But bigger news is that she has just finished shooting for an item number for a Muragodoss-Vikram film.
Goes without saying, if it is a Muragodoss film, then it will up expectations and will have something really exciting. It is being said that the film is special and the item number is more special. Talk from Tamil industry is that Muragodoss has spent heavily on the song.
Though it is not confirmed, unit sources say the song cost the producer a whopping Rs 3 crores. And Charmee is being paid Rs 30 lakhs as remuneration. Now isn’t it good going for Charmme as top heroines get something between Rs 50 lakhs and Rs 1 crore for doing a full film.
So, if she made Rs 30 lakhs for an item song, then it is surely a good deal for Charmme.
