State Christian Political Awareness Conference declared that they were banning the YSR Congress honorary president Y S Vijayamma, her son-in-law Br. Anil and K A Paul as they were indulging in unchristian activities, while holding Bible in their hands.
In a statement, the organization said the three were insulting Christianity and hence it was decided to banish them from religion. There was a symposium on ‘To Whom would the Christians vote’ in Ravindra Bharati on Wednesday under the auspices of the organization. TDP senior leader Peddi Reddy, Congress leader Santa Raj and TRS leader Sanker Luke participated in the programme.
The meeting resolved to excommunicate Vijayamma, Anil and K A Paul from Christianity. It also called upon Christians to vote for only those who would work for the betterment of the Christian community.
