Anchor Mallika is a known face for those who watched small screen during 1990s. After impressing the television audience, Mallika shifted her base towards movies and she has done many impressive roles in her career.
The 39-year old anchor turned actress passed away today in Bengaluru after she turned critically unwell. She is said to have been in coma from the past three weeks.
Born and brought up in Hyderabad, Mallika’s original name was Abhinava after which she renamed to Mallika for tv shows. She has done number of television shows and films during 1997-2004.
Mallika called it a quit for acting after she got married. The last rites of the actress will take place tomorrow in Hyderabad. Rest In Peace Mallika.
