Yesteryear heroine in many Telugu films Jaya Prada had taken decision not to rejoin in Samajwadi Party again. She announced that she will join any other party, if invited, to continue the political career.
Jayaprada was star campaigner to Samajwadi Party headed by Mulayamsingh Yadav and also got MP post. She has been maintaining distance to the party as differences cropped between the party high command and her in the recent years. Her decision not to rejoin the SP came as a big blow to the Samajwadi party as it is scouting to add film glamour in the election campaign in Uttar Pradesh.
While speculations are doing rounds that she has been invited to join BJP but she adopted wait and watch policy in view of the ongoing Uttar Pradesh assembly elections. Jayaprada also got invitation from congress during the election.
