Star director Trivikram Srinivas repeats his artists and technicians a lot. Once he forms a rapport with someone, he makes sure that he works with them continuously. As we know, he did three films each with Allu Arjun, Pawan Kalyan and Mahesh Babu. He also worked two times with Ileana and three times each with Samantha and Pooja Hegde. In the same manner, he teamed up with Devi Sri Prasad for films like ‘Jalsa’, ‘Julayi’, ‘S/o Satyamurthy’ and ‘Attarintiki Daredi’.
Now, he built a connection with Thaman who gave super hit music for Trivikram’s films like ‘Aravinda Sametha’ and ‘Ala Vaikunthapuramlo’. Thaman even composed music for ‘Bheemla Nayak’ which was supervised by Trivikram. As it is known, Trivikram is joining hands with Mahesh Babu soon. The project has been officially launched but the shooting is yet to begin. Thaman is the music composer for this film too.
Talk in tinsel town is that superstar Mahesh is not happy with Thaman as his work in ‘Sarkaru Vaari Paata’ is underwhelming. Barring ‘Kalaavathi’, none of the songs were super hits and many felt that his BGM was a huge letdown. Thaman gave hit music for Mahesh in ‘Dookudu’ and ‘Businessman’ but his work in ‘Aagadu’ and recent ‘Sarkaru Vaari Paata’ has reportedly not satisfied Mahesh. News is that he wanted to give a chance to his trusted composer DSP or the most happening composer Anirudh.
But Trivikram reportedly assured Mahesh that he will bring the best out of Thaman. The star composer gave good music for Trivikram’s film till date and we need to see if he satisfies Mahesh and gives his best for SSMB28 or not.
This is the third film in the Mahesh-Trivikram combo after classics like ‘Athadu’ and ‘Khaleja’. They are favorites for many and Trivikram showcased Mahesh in a unique way in both these films. Let us wait and see if this project lives up to the standards set by their previous two films or not.
