Hindu activists of Munnani Party in Tamilnadu expressed anger on Actress Trisha for showing the drinking scenes in her latest tamil flick Samar ,Vetadu Ventadu (Telugu),the activists protested strongly for the removal of those scenes as scenes like that will spoil the culture of India . They has threatened to disrupt the shooting even in Hyderabad if she doesn’t apologize.
When questioned to actress Trisha she replied that “Directors want me to do such scenes ,they find May be it’s like a sentiment for filmmakers.I am just doing to the director’s words.” Talking offence to the drinking reference , the Hindu Munnani Party activists wrote to her to withdraw her comments are she is going to face the true anger of hindus. Giving the excuse of a success formula and indulging in drinking scenes is nothing but encouraging the bad habbit among women, So Trisha should tender an unconditional apology.
” Hindu culture doesn’t allow women to drink alcohol as such scenes in movies will encourage the women to do “, says Kannan . Trisha already has faced controversies in the past in Chennai partying at mid-night with her friends ,she was warned at that time.let’s see this might will gain anti –publicity for her upcoming flick “Vetadu Ventadu”.
