Lively beauty Taapsee Pannu is in great form and is leaving a mark with her every Bollywood film. The latest film of this Punjabi babe is ‘Saand Ki Aankh’ and the trailer of it is unveiled.
Essaying the role of a 70 year old granny, Taapsee turns shooter and even takes part in national competitions and goes on to winning medals. But this journey of Taapsee is a tough one and how she overcomes all the hurdles forms the plot.
Along with Taapsee, Bhumi Pednekar is also seen as an oldie and the chemistry between these two ladies is amazing. The get-up as 70 year old looks little unrealistic but that can be given a miss, all thanks to their top notch performance and their slang is absolutely spot on.
Directed by Tushar Hiranandani, ‘Saand Ki Aankh’ is based on a true story and it touches on many issues like gender and the women trying to change the mindset of the society which is a male dominated one.
The film will be releasing on October 25th two days before Diwali festival.
