Tamanna’s Dream Project Kept On Hold

At a time when her craze is falling down, milky beauty Tamanna got Baahubali on board and one song has done the unthinkable for her. She’s back to picking as many projects as she could from Bengal Tiger to Sye Raa, from Abhinetri to Sketch.

Among all these projects, actually, it is felt that this hot siren will see her major career turning point with one particular film. That’s nothing but the Telugu remake of Kangana Ranaut’s “Queen” where she is playing the lead girl. Much to anyone’s surprise, director Neelakanta, who is helming the Telugu and Malayalam remakes walked out of the Telugu version.

Some say that he has creative differences with Tamanna who wants to bring glamour element to the film, but some felt that producers took this call. Whatever it may be, Neelakanta is now close to wrapping Malayalam version while director Ramesh Arvind is about to finish Tamil and Kannada versions. What about Telugu version?

A source tells us, for now, this Telugu version is kept on hold and director Ramesh Arvind might wrap it after he finishes post-production works of Tamil and Kannada versions. That means Tamanna’s dream project is not coming up any sooner.

“Queen” south remake has Kajal Agarwal, Tamanna, Parul Yadav and Manjima Mohan replacing Kangana Ranaut in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalma versions respectively.
