Senior actor Jagapathi Babu made his debut as a hero impressed the family audience big time after which he impressed the family audience big time. At the right time in his career, he made his debut as an antagonist and he has been lined up with interesting projects.
Since then, he is charging huge remuneration for his films and they say it’s more than a crore he took for films like Srimanthudu and now for Sye Raa as well. But things are not the same with another veteran hero, none other than Srikanth. The actor too decided to try his luck as antagonist yet again after he’s not left with any interesting projects as the main lead.
Srikanth has tested his luck as a villain in Naga Chaitanya’s Yuddham Saranam which ended up as a disaster. Actually, Srikanth who enjoys a better stardom than Jagapathi Babu failed to make it to the big league as an antagonist because of his poor planning. The actor should have made his comeback with a star actor like Mahesh Babu or Ram Charan and the results would have been completely different.
Post that flick, no interesting films are falling in his kitty and he has now signed a small film which is yet to be titled. Pretty impressed with the screenplay, he signed it on spot, say reports. With these small films, however, Srikanth may not grab that big slot of 1 crore like a Jagapathi. Isn’t it?
