Even before one come to terms with the involvement of popular Ghazal singer Kesiraju Srinivas and former unified AP governor ND Tiwar in alleged sex scandals, fresh media reports indicate that the Governor of a southern state of India is allegedly involved in a sexual misconduct.
According to some top media reports, Governor of a Southern State is allegedly seeking “sexual favours” from women employees at the Raj Bhavan. A complaint about his alleged misconduct has been sent to the Home Ministry which has taken up the issue very seriously and is investigating the issue.
However, the Home Ministry hasn’t commented on the developments, media reports. The identity of the accused Governor has been kept secretly.
Buzz is that the matter is being probed by high-level investigating agencies in a secret manner. If the complaint is said to have certain base, the accused Governor would be asked to resign immediately, say some media reports.
Another such scandal also broke in January last year about then Meghalaya governor V. Shanmuganathan. He was asked to resign immediately after more than 100 employees of the Raj Bhavan had complained (similar nature) to then President Pranab.
Meanwhile, the Home Ministry is waiting for the final report from the investigating agencies in the issue. Once it is come, the final call will be taken against the accused governor.
