Mesmerizing Telugu audiences with his first ever dual role, one being a road side petty thief and other a pop singer, King Nagarjuna scored a brownie with ‘Hello Brother’ long back. Later he never enjoyed the fruits of double action as movies like ‘Eduruleni Manishi’, where he played brothers again, have hit him on the head. His craving for double roles however hasn’t diminished.
Nag himself revealed that his next flick is going to be a rural-story set in Konaseema backdrop and icing on the cake is that he will be sporting a dual role after years. Ashta Chemma fame producer Ram Mohan has penned a decent subject where Nag will have two roles to play. In the likes of a Uyyala Jampala, this film is going to be as class looking entertainer with loads of comedy and cute sentiment. A newcomer named Kalyan will be wielding megaphone for this Annapurna Studio production.
Since ‘Bhai’ dropped a bomb on his mass-image and ‘Manam’ propelled it into a ‘classic’ league, Nag is focusing only on commercially viable meaningful subjects rather illogical mass entertainers. Tomorrow being Nagarjuna’s birthday, he shared this exclusive news with media today.
