Tollywood is once again rocked with prostitution racket when talented Bengali actress Swetha Basu Prasad was caught red handed in a star hotel. Swetha Basu Prasad shocked all by saying not only she but many top heroines are into prostitution to get big offers.There is no denying that luck plays important role in heroines attaining stardom.
Many are of the opinion that Swetha was unlucky to get caught while many other heroines are still in prostitution. This is not the first time Swetha was caught by police and though she was caught earlier she managed to escape from police action thanks to big shots influence.
People are blasting police also who showed utmost enthusiasm in arresting pimps and Swetha Basu Prasad but not going after the influential big shots who are running the prostitution racket. Many say police very well know the names of those big shots. People are questioning why police are making pretty heroines scapegoats in prostution while letting big shots go scot-free.
Even heroines are at fault by finding silly reasons like financial problems to go into prostitution. Since all of them are well educated, they can get good jobs other than acting profession. One mistake will not clean them from the sins they are committing.
Only when police go after bigshots who are running the prostitution racket forcing heroines into it, Tollywood will be free from it. Or else it will be only cosmetic measures making pretty heroines scapegoats in this prostitution.
