Yash To Bulks Up 20KG for Ravan Role?

April 27, 2024

Leaked pictures from the sets of ‘Ramayana’ have set the internet ablaze. While the lead couple, Ranbir Kapoor and Sai Pallavi, have grabbed headlines, there’s another character generating immense buzz – Ravana, the antagonist. Played by Kannada superstar Yash known for KGF, reports suggest he’s undergoing a dramatic physical transformation for the role.

Yash is said to be bulking up a staggering 20kgs to embody the powerful Ravana on screen.

This dedication extends beyond just weight gain. Yash has reportedly embarked on a strict workout regime and a specialized diet plan to achieve the desired physique.

This intense preparation comes alongside his current commitment to the film ‘Toxic’. Once he completes shooting for ‘Toxic’, Yash is expected to fully immerse himself in the world of ‘Ramayana’.

The film’s grandeur is evident from the massive Ayodhya set constructed in Mumbai, where filming is currently underway. Sai Pallavi, playing Sita, will join the shoot in June. Adding another layer to his involvement, Yash is also one of the co-producers of the highly anticipated ‘Ramayana’.
