We do know that heroine Samantha is all set to rock 2018 like never before with almost six of her films getting ready. Including Rangasthalam, Abhimanyudu, Mahanati, U-Turn remake, Siva Karthikeyan’s film and Super Deluxe, she has four Telugu films and two Tamil movies hitting cinemas.But most of these films are commercial films no matter to which genre they belong. For that reason, many film lovers are now advising her to take up films that really speak for women. Many are suggesting that Samantha will do justice to films like “Aruvi” without any fail.
In this super hit Aruvi, directed by newcomer Arun Prabhu and featuring newcomer Aditi Balan in the title role, various present-day issues in society are discussed quite effectively. Especially who would take up a heroine role who will be raped by three men, and was tested positive for HIV and dies in the end? Though newcomer Aditi did incredible justice to her part, if starlets like Samantha take up such roles they will lift such films to the national level or international level as well.
As Samantha is also thinking to put a full stop to glamour roles after getting married and take up some meaningful projects, it’s better if she tries stuff like Aruvi.
