Samantha Calls Meditation As Her Source Of Strength!

As we know, Samantha has decided to take some time off movies in order to focus on herself. She was affected with myositis earlier and recovered from it after intense treatment abroad. She did not take a lot of time to get back to her healthy best as she jumped into the sets of ‘Khushi’ and ‘Citadel’ Indian version immediately. With both the projects almost getting completed, she will be spending a year in order to get back to her healthy best.

Recently, she took to Insta and shared a bunch of clicks that were taken a while ago. She is seen meditating at the Isha Foundation. She looks completely involved in connecting with her deeper self in these clicks. With zero makeup, Samantha is seen in a white chudidhar and glasses on.

She wrote, “A while ago, sitting still—without thoughts flooding, without twitching, itching, twisting and turning—seemed almost impossible. But today, a meditative state is my most powerful source of strength. Of calm. Of connection. And of clarity.. Who would have thought that something so simple could be so powerful.” She tagged Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev and his Isha Foundation as well.

Samantha’s romantic drama ‘Khushi’ is going to release on 1st September. Shiva Nirvana penned the story, screenplay and dialogues apart from being the director. Vijay Deverakonda is the hero of this film which is getting released on 1st September. G Murali is the director of photography while Prawin Pudi is the editor. The movie also stars Jayaram, Sachin Khedekar, Murali Sharma, Lakshmi, Ali, Rohini, Vennela Kishore, Rahul Ramakrishna, Srikanth Iyengar, and Saranya Pradeep in key roles. Peter Hein and V Venkat is the stunt director. Produced by Mythri Movie Makers, the movie will be released in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Kannada and Malayalam languages.
