She became a soft target because she is an actress and public figure, but why do those businessmen are enjoying their right to privacy?’ questioned Bollywood soap opera actress Sakshi Tanwar, who acted as Shwetha Basu’s mother in the serial ‘Kahaani Ghar Ghar Ki’ around 14 years ago. ‘From past 13 years Swetha sends me warm wishes on Mother’s Day eve. I read about her in media as there is too much written. Can’t understand when her so called clients are guarded, why her name is violently dragged all over’, she says, feeling emotional.
‘Our country gives privacy to even rapists and murderers, but why a girl’s privacy right has been violated?’ Sakshi stresses. She stated that media went with an irresponsible and insensitive attitude towards this talented girl and worried about how these news reports are going to create a long-lasting scarring impact on her.
