Rudhramadevi, the much anticipated period flick, is nearing its release. The film’s director and producer, Gunasekhar, is taking all the necessary precautions to maintain the secrecy regarding the film’s details. Today, the director unveiled the 3D trailer of the film at Prasadz IMAX to select guests and media people.
For this big budget extravaganza, Gunasekhar spent a bomb on production design and costumes and especially jewelers. It is already known that 5 crore worth jewellery has been designed by experts exclusively for the film. In an interesting update, a popular jewellery store will acquire the jewellery from the makers and will auction the exotic ornaments after the film’s release.
Going by the sky-high craze for the film in Telugu and Tamil, there will surely be many bidders hoping to own the jewellery worn by none other than Anushka. The film’s audio, composed by Maestro Ilayaraja, will be released soon and Gunasekhar is planning to release the film as a summer treat.
