“At the moment I’m thinking only about Baahubali 2, and I may chalk some plans for third sequel of the film. Garuda and Mahbharata, and 1000 crores budgets, are all just rumours. Media cooked all those stories, I’ve not thought anything about such films”, said SS Rajamouli, the other day.
As the news of Mohanlal acting in Rajamouli’s 1000 crores project “Garuda” has picked steam, Malayali media is very keen to know more details about it. The other day Rajamouli was in Trivandrum to attend the wedding of a close friend’s daughter and and also to attend an event organised by Kerala Tourism to promote wedding and film tourism in the state.
He spoke to media then. He denied roping Mohanlal for any film, not just this rumoured Garuda. Actually after Student No.1, Rajamouli was supposed to work with Mohanlal, a mythological project was started and then shelved mid-way.
Anyway, the master craftsmen has given clarity to his fans that only Baahubali 2 is on his mind at the moment and termed all other rumours as just rumours.
