Prabhas’s Radhe Shyam is gearing up for theatrical release on the 14th of January next year. There is a little over 3 months left for the film’s release and the makers are planning to get the promotional campaign underway starting next month. Apparently, the makers are planning to release the first song from the film’s audio album on the 23rd of October, marking the occasion of Prabhas’s birthday. An official announcement on the arrival of the song will be made early next month. Also, this will mark the commencement of the promotions as more promotional material will be unveiled by the makers of Radhe Shyam correspondingly.
As for the first single, Justin Prabhakaran has composed the song and it will be a soulful melody that depicts the love track between the lead pair, Prabhas, and Pooja Hegde. This song was apparently shot in Itlay and brief glimpses of the same will be given in the lyrical video that will be out on the aforementioned date.
Radhe Shyam finally wrapped up shoot a month or so ago and the film is in post production phase now. The makers had announced that the film will be out in theaters next Sankranthi season. Incidentally, even RRR is gearing up for release next Sankranthi season, but that isn’t stopping the makers of Radhe Shyam from going ahead with their release plans and they have decided to stick to Sankranth 2022 release regardless of the competition from other biggies.
Radhe Shyam is billed to be a proper love drama, directed by Radha Krishna Kumar. UV Creations spent around Rs 200 crores on the project and they intend to promote the film in an aggressive manner starting from early next month.
As for Prabhas, he is currently shooting for Adipurush at a specially erected set in Mumbai. He will also simultaneously shoot for Salaar. He aims to complete shooting for these two projects by the end of this year, so that he can start working on Project K, a Nag Aswhin directorial early next year. He has also lined up a project with Siddharth Anand, which will be bankrolled by Mythri Movie Makers.
