After roping in Bollywood beauty Aditi Rao Hydari, makers of Varun Tej’s Space film have roped in the second female lead in the film as well. And, she is another North India import.
Newbie, Kavya Thapar has bagged Varun’s film. Director Sankalp Reddy has finalized her after auditioning several actresses. She plays the Mega hero’s love interest in the Space film. She is a popular model in Mumbai and an aspiring actress.
Kavya’s role in the untitled film is relatively small compared to Hydari’s, who is on board to play Varun Tej’s colleague in the Space film i.e. she plays an astronaut in the Sankalp Reddy directorial. Varun and Aditi will go on a Space mission, Aditi will have almost as much screen time as Varun since the film is mainly about the Space mission.
The film’s regular shooting will commence next month.
