Power Star Pawan Kalyan-Trivikram Srinivas’ Attarintiki Daaredi is having record breaking run at Tollywood box office. Apart from the film fighting piracy and protests in Andhra Pradesh, Pawan and Trivikram even bucked the sentiment and Tollywood trend.
There was a sentiment that none of the director who directed Pawan for the second time tasted success. This happened with SJ.Surya who tasted failue with Komaram Puli after Khushi and Karunakran with Balu after Toli Prema.Even Puri Jagannath tasted failure with Cameraman Gangato Rambabu after Badri. Many felt even Trivikram Srinivas would meet the same fate after Jalsa with Attarintiki Daaredi. However Pawan and Trivikram bucked the trend and proved that strong and entertaining storyline is what matters to score a hit.
