Powerstar Pawan Kalyan is just fresh from a disaster with Sardaar Gabbar Singh and he is already started gearing up for the launch of his next in the direction of SJ Suryah. The actor in one of his recent interviews, the actor has made several amusing revelations about his personal and professional lives.

The actor revealed some interesting aspects about his lifestyle. Speaking about his fitness, the actor who is a black belt holder in karate, also revealed that he is still practicing martial arts, which keeps him fit and healthy and even credited it for imparting self-discipline in him.The actor also revealed that he follows a strict Sathvik diet.

Sathvik diet means he will only one meal a day for six months in a year and that he also eats a lot of fruits. He further added that he conserves energy with out wasting it by socialising and instead he channels all the energy towards his work. So thats the fitness mantra of the actor and Janasena President!
