Last year, aspiring starlet Anisha Ambrose, who had a disastrous debut with Alias Janaki to her credit, stunned everyone when she bagged the female lead’s role opposite none other than Power Star Pawan Kalyan in Sardaar Gabbar Singh.
Anisha did a small cameo as a TV news presenter in Gopala Gopala and then grabbed Sardaar, after impressing the makers with her looks and audition. However, there was a huge hue and cry from Pawan’s fans, who vehemently disapproved Anisha romancing their demigod.
This unexpected tirade from fans left Sardaar’s makers in dual minds and even Anisha was anxiously waiting for 8 months to get a final greenlight. And finally one bad day, Pawan’s close friend and Sardaar’s co-producer Sharrat Marar called up Anisha and said politely, “I don’t think we can go ahead with you”.
This naturally left Anisha, who was all excited to be a part of the biggest film ever, deeply disappointed and she took a lot of time to come out of this shock and had a tough time dealing with the rejection. Apparently, even Pawan didn’t have a word with Anisha to bring her out of her hard times.
Anisha is eagerly awaiting the success of her latest film Run, which will release tomorrow. The success of this film will surely shut several mouths and catapult Anisha into the top league of actresses.
