Has Nani’s market in USA become stagnant? It is not growing further. He is one of the few Tollywood stars who has great fan following in USA market and his movies regularly hit $1 million mark.
However, Nani’s movies have stopped giving profits to overseas distributors as they are barely performing beyond one million dollars. Thus the distributors are seeing either no profits or bare minimum amount on their investment.
Despite teaming up with Nagarjuna for ‘Devadas’, Nani has failed to bring in big openings. By end of the four-day weekend with premiere shows, the film has collected just more than 600k dollars which is too low for a multi-starrer movie. Nagarjuna too has big market in USA.
