“I made this film for educating people and how p@rn could satisfy their cravings. There is no wrong in that. That will stop sexual crimes as well” said Ram Gopal Varma, during a TV debate another day in a Telugu channel. But the guest waiting in the front is none other than noted sexologist Doctor Samaram and his retort is just terrific.
“Watching p@rn content will only make the guy/girl more restless but they will not be sexually satisfied. A guy/girl will be satisfied only if they indulge in real sex. By watching these videos, they will be seeking more and also turn violent” said Samaram, rebuking Varma’s defence in support of GST.
On a whole, Varma got the title sounding close to GST, the popular thing right now, and then he’s getting free debates on TV channels that are giving him super publicity. Surely this director knows how to turn the tables to his side by not even spending a penny on publicity.
