Varun Tej’s Tholi Prema has been trimmed. As per inside reports, the film underwent scissors and a few unwanted portions has been cut down.
Producer-distributor Dil Raju has acquired the entire theatrical rights of the film. Apparently, upon the request from Raju, the film was further edited. This is not first time for Dil Raju’s film. Many of Raju’s production ventures and release ventures were edited on his directions. Raju always call shorts about his films and many times they worked.
Continuing the trend, Tholi Prema too was chopped off unnecessary scenes, making it slick. The film directed by newcomer Venky Atluri was originally produced by BVSN Prasad. Dil Raju has bought out the film completely for over Rs 18 Crore. Since Tholi Prema is releasing after Fidaa, Dil Raju is hoping high.
