CBN Effect : KCR Postpones Delhi Visit

With Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu’s visit to Delhi garner all attention from major political parties and national media, Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has postponed his Delhi visit.

KCR is scheduled to embark on three day visit from April 4 (Wednesday) to New Delhi to meet all regional parties and invited them to join his Third Front. He planned to hold a meeting with all like minded party leaders and announce the Third front fight against BJP led NDA government.

Sources said Naidu was busy meeting with regional party leaders with whom KCR also fixed appointment to meet in the national capital. The leaders includes NCP leader Sharad Pawar, Nationalist Party leader Farooq Abdullah, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, SP and BSP leaders.

It is learnt KCR will take up Delhi yatra only after the TRS plenary organised in April third week as he is busy preparing arrangements for the Party’s annual conclave. The Third Front leader already held consultations with West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee and Jharkhand former Chief Minister Hemant Soren recently. He may meet other leaders in May.
