Comedian Brahmanandam didn’t expect that a day would come where budding comedians would get more space than him in movies. It is already happening. Brahamandam has already been going through very bad phase with flops coming after one another and now even his trusted writers and directors are not taking him in their upcoming movies.
Sri Waas who gave a prominent role to Brahmanandam in his earlier hit Loukyam is not giving the comedian any role in Balakrishna’s Dictator. Instead, he has reportedly given more role to Prudhvi who played just small but very important comedy character in Loukyam. So Prudvi is now filling up the space of Brahmi in this film.
Brahmanandam recently played full-length roles in the films like Kick 2, Bruce Lee and Sher and all these movies bombed, while films that became blockbusters didn’t feature him. Hence even filmmakers who are close to him are no longer writing special characters for him.
