Bollywood filmmaker Karan Johar’s new favourite genre seems to be horror. After the web-series ‘Ghost Stories’ he has come up with yet another horror genre and it is ‘Bhoot.’ The trailer of it is out and it is hell scary.
A haunted ship reaches the shores of Mumbai beach and the authorities can it under their control to know its condition. Vicky Kaushal who plays Prithvi gets appointed as surveying officer. He notices many mysterious things on the dead ship and finally the ghost appears before.
Why is the ship haunted and what is the plot behind the ghost, forms ‘Bhoot’ and it is just part one.
Directed by Bhanu Pratap Singh, the visuals are seriously freaky and chilling too. Seems like our directors are adapting to the Hollywood style of presenting the horror genres which will work only if the content is good.
‘Bhoot is releasing on February 21st.
