Other day, director giant SS Rajamouli received the prestigious ANR Award which was not conferred to anyone from last three years. The whole of Akkineni family’s celebs including Venkat, Nagarjuna, Naga Susheela, Samantha, Naga Chaitanya, Sushanth and Akhil are present, while Amala made her presence quite charming.
But the one person who everyone wished to see at the event was none other than the would-be daughter in law of Nagarjuna, beautiful heroine Samantha. Though this hot lady is busy retweeting all the news related to ANR Awards and the pictures as well, she hasn’t attended the event leaving her fans in disappointment.
If you could remember, way back in 2014 the last time ANR award was given, it was Samantha’s red-hot glamorous appeal in backless dress at the event took everyone by a shocker. Also, she’s seen mingling with many of the family members of Akkinenis. Her charm has radiated the evening, and many thought that Samantha was sharing that special bond with the household after starring in nearly four films with Naga Chaitanya.
Down the lane, Samantha’s bonding turned much stronger and recently she got engaged to Naga Chaitanya as well, and the wedding is due on October 6th. In this juncture, why would Samantha skip ANR Awards function while she attended a photo-shoot event in Chennai? She flew to Chennai on Sunday morning for a fashion-shoot and also heard finalizing some designs of her wedding dress as a designer flew there to meet her. Maybe mamayya Nagarjuna would have given her a wise advice, ‘work is important, not celebrations.’
