Balakrishna’s next with Puri Jagannadh is reportedly confirmed. We can expect official announcement of the same by today evening.
Balakrishna teaming up with Puri Jagan is raising eyebrows as the former is known for doing powerful mass characters and the latter likes to present his heroes in a carefree and tapori style.
Balakrishna’s films usually have heavy dialogue but Puri is known for striking one-liners. Also women are glorified in Balakrishna movies, but Puri heroes usually take digs at women.
Puri never likes to present his heroines in a respectable manner. So the film in their combination definitely seems interesting.
Nandamuri fans would be hoping to see Balakrishna in a never before avatar. It remains to be seen whether Puri sticks to his template style of hero characterizations or comes up with something that suits Balayya’s image.
Despite Puri’s poor track record lately, his film with Balakrishna will surely be a talking point among industry circles and among film buffs.
