From the last few days, actress Sri Reddy is giving various direct hints and throwing mud on very popular film celebs. From singer Sri Ramachandra to director Maruthi, from TVshows director Anil to Sekhar Kammula she has levelled allegations on many.
Addressing the super talented sensible director Sekhar Kammula as “Kommulu vachina Sekharudu’, other day Sri Reddy posted on Facebook that this director uses Telugu girls only his bed but brings heroines for his films from other languages. She also mentioned that he uses technology effectively to get rid of getting caught. And as the post created ripples across film circles as Director Kammula is known for introducing many new talents, genuinely based on talent, even cinema lovers started blasting Sri Reddy as sensation craving person.
Responding to these allegations, now Sekhar also took to Facebook to clarify his stand. He stated that he gives more importance to his personality and values rather his life. Confirming that he never met the actress, nor spoke to her on phone, he warned her either to apologise or to face stern legal action.
Sekhar Kammula’s Full Statement:
Yesterday a social media post maligning me came to my notice. It is vulgar, demeaning and full of lies. It has caused deep grief to my family, to me and many more who value me.
I could never imagine in my wildest dreams that a woman whom I don’t know, have not seen or never spoken to in person or on the phone can suddenly make these baseless allegations.
Whatever might be their intentions and whoever might be involved in this diabolic act , I would like to say that it is WRONG, IMMORAL and CRIMINAL .
People who know me and my work would be aware of the kind of importance I give to equality of women and their empowerment. I live by my CHARACTER and die by it. I will not spare anyone who tries to point fingers at it.
APOLOGIZE and take back every word that was posted against me or be ready to face legal action, which will include criminal/civil proceedings.
