Anand Deverakonda, the younger brother of Vijay Deverakonda is awaiting the release of his next release, Pushpaka Vimanam which is in final leg of production.
The film is gearing up for OTT release and more details about the platform on which it will be releasing and the premiere date will be announced soon.
In his latest interaction with media, Anand opened up about comparisons with his elder brother Vijay Deverakonda.
“Comparisons with Vijay are inevitable. He has indeed set a new benchmark for me as an actor. I will do everything I can and show steady progress in the days to come. There is friendly banter between me and him in the house. But we don’t discuss about each other’s films or scripts,” he said.
Anand revealed that Vijay didn’t believe he would actually make it in the industry prior to the release of his first film Dorasani. “But Vijay is happy with where I am as an actor now.”
