Actress Sonakshi Sinha who is busy with her upcoming film “Akira” has shared some interesting facts about her personal life when she was a student. Even she faced ragging at those times when she was studying in SNDT (Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women’s University), where it is delicately only for women.
This actress being daughter of an actor turned politician still gone through phase of ragging in college, this is literally surprising everyone but that’s true!! She shared this experience, when film “Akira” is based on Ragging touch mostly.
Basing on this, when asked her did anyone dare to rag you in college? “Ragging is touched upon greatly in the film (‘Akira’). I feel that I did go through it in SNDT (Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women’s University), which is an all-girls’ college but it was a way of making friends with each other,” she said at an event.
She further added, “Till today, people who ragged me or I ragged my juniors, we are still friends. I think it should be an enjoyable process to everyone and not something that traumatizes a student or a child for life. That’s something which needs to be taken care of.”
Finally even this high profile girl from most prestigious family has gone through that phase in Women University, then just imagine about normal middle class girl. Until unless it doesn’t harm your feelings it is good, else it will is most dangerous in lives!!
