Actor-turned-producer Bandla Ganesh remains in the news all the time for various reasons, be it the comments he makes or the massive elevations he will give to his favorite hero Power Star Pawan Kalyan. However, his name surfaced in the headlines today for the wrong reason.
As a sudden shock to Bandla Ganesh, a local court in Andhra Pradesh issued an arrest warrant for him on the grounds of not showing up before the court in connection with an alleged cheque bounce case. Unhappy with his response, the local court issued an arrest warrant.
Getting into the case, Bandla Ganesh gave a cheque to one Jetti Venkateshwar. But the cheque bounced. With no other option left, the concerned party had knocked on the doors of a lower country in Andhra Pradesh’s Ongole. Hearing the petition, the local court directed Bandla Ganesh to appear for the hearing.
But the actor-producer did not show up at the lower court and with this, the Ongole Second AMM Court Judge issued an arrest warrant against Bandla Ganesh. The court directed the concerned cops to produce him before the court.
Coincidentally, Bandla Ganesh was arrested by the cops in a similar case in the past. After arrest, the actor-cum-producer was produced before the court.
The issue reached the court after a person who had lent money to Bandla Ganesh had approached the court as he failed to return the money he took from him. He also skipped the hearing in the previous case too, forcing the court to take action against him.
Taking a severe objection to his behavior, a local court in Kadapa slapped him with a non-bailable warrant. As per the court orders, the cops arrested him and presented him before the Kadapa Magistrate.
As a common point in both the incidents, the two are financial matters and Bandla Ganesh had skipped the hearing and the court took action against him subsequently. We have to wait and see what will happen next in the case.
