Stunning all, a group of Kapu youth under the banner of Kapu JAC obstructed the Padayatra of YSR Congress Party President YS Jagan Mohan Reddy for a while in P Annavaram mandal in East Godavari district.
When Jagan is on walkathon, Kapu JAC workers staged dharna demanding Jagan to make a statement on his party’s stand on the long-pending Kapu reservation issue. Mild tension has prevailed as the kapu workers and Jagan security jostled each other for some time.
Though the JAC workers insisted, Jagan evaded to make a comment on the contentious issue. The kapu youth threatened to obstruct the yatra if Jagan did not respond to their demand.
