The director of Dandupalyam franchise has been replaced as its fourth supplement Danduplayam 4 would be helmed by KT Nayak. However, the silver lining is the film’s cast Pooja Gandhi, Makarand Deshpande, Ravi Shankar, Ravi Kale, Petrol Prasanna and others who had played noted roles in the first three parts as well.
Hero Srikanth has launched the film’s first look and the makers announced that the film’s shoot has begun. Producer Venkat said that the film’s brand is more close to people than the director who had made the initial parts. He said that director of Dandupalyam 4 KT Nayak is smart, intelligent and has good knowledge on crime to pull it off the fourth installment.
The makers said that the fourth part has a story inspired by real-life incidents and deals with the story of a new gang and old gang with commercial values.
