Madame Tussauds is known for the wax idols of various celebrities across the globe. Veteran actress Madhubala’s wax idol has been displayed in Madame Tussauds from Thursday.
On the occasion of this, her sister Madhur Brij said ‘Kareena Kapoor has many resemblances with Madhubala and she will be apt actress to reprise the legendary actress’s role on screen. If a biopic will be planned ever, I wish Kareena should play her role’.
‘During one time I felt Madhuri Dixit was apt for the role but now I feel Kareena Kapoor can do it. My sister was quite naughty at home too and she encouraged a lot to join in films’.
The legendary actress passed away on February 23rd 1969 after a prolonged illness. The family has been shattered with the sudden demise of the actress.
