Allari Naresh Promises Laughter with “Aa Okkati Adakku”
April 29, 2024
Allari Naresh is gearing up to tickle funny bones yet again with his upcoming film “Aa Okkati Adakku,” releasing on May 3rd, 2024. The positive response garnered by the film’s promotional materials, including two songs, a teaser, and a trailer, has set high expectations for a laugh-out-loud experience.
Marking Naresh’s 61st film, “Aa Okkati Adakku” pays homage to his father, legendary comedian E.V.V. Satyanarayana, by borrowing the title of one of his iconic films. The trailer itself hints at a comedic roller coaster, further amplified by the recently released sneak peek of the song “Rajadhi Raja.”
This 94-second video offers a glimpse into the protagonist’s (Naresh) hilarious quest for a suitable bride. The clip showcases a comical take on the traditional Swayamvara ceremony, where potential brides attempt to lift a bow, reminiscent of the Sita Swayamvara in the epic Ramayana. While all the contenders fail, the arrival of Simran, known for her role in “Ee Nagaraniki Emaindi,” throws a curveball. Her effortless display of strength leaves Naresh intimidated, leading to a comical rejection.
The chemistry between Naresh and Hari Teja, who plays the role of Naresh’s matchmaker, is evident in their spirited dance moves. The “Rajadhi Raja” sneak peek provides a delightful taste of the film’s overall comedic tone.
“Aa Okkati Adakku” boasts a talented crew, with Abburi Ravi crafting the screenplay, Suryaa handling cinematography, and Gopi Sundar composing the music. Chota K Prasad takes the reins as editor, while J K Murthy brings his expertise to the art direction. The supporting cast features prominent names like Vennela Kishore, Jamie Lever, Viva Harsha, and Ariyana Glory.
Marking the directorial debut of Malli Ankam and produced under the Chilaka Productions banner by Rajiv Chilaka, “Aa Okkati Adakku” stars Faria Abdullah as the female lead. With all elements primed for a high-octane comedy adventure, “Aa Okkati Adakku” promises to be a must-watch for fans of laughter and lighthearted entertainment.
