Veteran actor Navdeep, who has captivated audiences with his versatility across hero roles, friend portrayals, and villainous turns, returns to the forefront as the protagonist in the recently released film “Love Mouli.” However, critical reception for the movie appears to be divided.

Navdeep prioritized artistic merit over commercial tactics for this project. He emphasized, “I didn’t want to exploit Rana’s presence commercially. That’s why even today, Rana Daggubati hasn’t revealed his involvement in the film.” This secrecy surrounding Daggubati’s role suggests it might be a cameo appearance, and the director would have cast someone else if not for Daggubati’s last-minute involvement.

Despite the shroud of secrecy, Navdeep expresses confidence that “Love Mouli” presents a unique love story that will resonate with viewers. He describes it as “a film that provides a fresh experience for everyone.” Directed by Avanindra and produced by C Space, the movie promises a novel perspective on love.

Looking ahead, Navdeep also shared details about his upcoming projects. These include “Newsense 2,” a sequel to a previous film, and a foray into Tamil cinema alongside actress Nithya Menon.
