A popular director will helm the project, putting an end to the industry buzz that he would soon wield the megaphone for a movie. AR Rahman has said that he will not direct a film, but has finished writing a script.
“I have completed the story and the screenplay portions. It will be totally different from other movies. And a popular director will helm the project,” he said. Stating that it was his long-time dream to pen a script, Rahman added that a producer is also ready to fund the project. “An official announcement will be made soon,” said the maestro.
