As things stand, Allu Arjun’s Pushpa and the Hindi remake of Jersey are set to lock horns at the box office this Sankranthi season. Both the film are gearing up to hit the silver screens this Christmas holiday season.
While Pushpa is the bigger fish in South India, thanks to the presence of Allu Arjun, and Fahadh Faasil, Jersey enjoys a bigger fetch in the northern circuit.
Jersey is no match to Allu Arjun’s Pushpa in Southern India. But at the same time, Allu Arjun enjoys a decent following in Bollywood.
So, we can expect Pushpa to have an upper hand in the pan-India market as it locks horns with Jersey this Christmas season.
Both these biggies are expected to release in the same weekend. While Jersey had wrapped up its shoot already, Pushpa is in the final leg of the shoot.
