Somebody might be trying hard to dent Pranitha’s career, since reports (sorry a big joke) claims that she has been paid Rs. 1 crore after “Pandavlu…” but anybody who watched the movie, would agree that she didn’t do such a ‘significant role’ as her screen presence was relatively less despite her sizzling performance.
“Since PPT is Manchus show all the way, Manchu clan bagged the most of the credit for the film. On flip side, how can a hit film in Kannada (Brahma), could help her T-town ratings?,” opined an industry source. So her pay cheque shooting off from mere 20 lakhs to 1 crore despite doing Jr NTR-Santosh Srinivas film alongside Samantha. This rumour might be hard to digest even for Pranitha who is gradually gaining foothold in T-town. In fact, Pranitha would have surprised or even shocked to read such libelous reports.
May be her detractors are spreading such false rumours since it took even the likes of Kaajal, Samantha and Tammanah to touch the magic 1 crore mark after numerous super hits to their individual credit. Definitely, Pranitha has entered into big league yet it takes some more time for to shoot up her fee. What say folks?
