Megastar’s nephew Vaishnav Tej is making his silver screen debut with Uppena, which is produced by Sukumar Writings and Mythri Movie Makers. The film was supposed to hit the screens for 2020 summer, but the Covid-19 pandemic stalled the release.
The latest update is that the makers of the film have locked a release date lately. If the reports are believed, the film is set to release on February 14 on the occasion of Valentine’s Day. Very soon the official announcement regarding the same will be out.
On the auspicious occasion of Sankranthi, the makers have dropped the teaser and it raised the expectations on the film. The film has debutant Krithi Shetty in the female lead and is directed by Buchi Babu Sana. While the camera is cranked by Shamdat Sainudeen, the music is composed by Devi Sri Prasad.
Meanwhile, Vaishnav Tej has completed another project with director Krish with Rakul Preet Singh as the female lead.
